Entry 30 - Poem, "Underneath My Skin"
Glass shards pierce thin layered cloth,
But no found blood,
Just hollowness.
Mental ache with physical pain,
Fills this void with a heavy darkness.
One knows light,
But surrenders to the hope of finding it,
And instead accepts this darkness,
As its only friend.
But no found blood,
Just hollowness.
Mental ache with physical pain,
Fills this void with a heavy darkness.
One knows light,
But surrenders to the hope of finding it,
And instead accepts this darkness,
As its only friend.
